Mark established Lambton Law Solicitors in 2007. With over 19 years experience of practicing Law, Mark is an Accredited Criminal Law Specialist who provides representation to individuals attending court. Prior to his Law career, Mark served as a NSW Police Officer for 20 years, the last six and a half years as a Police Prosecutor. With Marks diverse knowledge and experience within the legal industry, he provides valuable representation for his clients. Mark also has experience and knowledge in Civil law, Wills, Probate & Estate matters, Residential & Commercial conveyancing & leases.
Michelle specialises predominately in family law, although she also assists clients with civil law, property law and estate planning matters. Michelle provides appropriate and valuable advice in all areas of family law including De-Facto Relationships, Divorce, Property Settlements, Parenting matters, Binding Financial Agreements and Consent Orders.
Joining Lambton Law Solicitors in 2017, Taija specialises in Wills and estate planning. Taija believes it is pivotal for every individual to have the necessary legal documents in place, regardless of your age. Taija recognises every client has particular concerns they wish to address when discussing estate planning. With her knowledge and expertise within the field, Taija provides tailored advice for individual clients.
Sophie commenced working at Lambton Law Solicitors in 2016 as a Legal Secretary. During this time, Sophie found a passion for Conveyancing which lead her to complete her Conveyancing Law & Practice Diploma at Macquarie University. Sophie is also a qualified Justice of the Peace.
Miranda is more than a Legal Secretary. Miranda’s friendly nature and personality is what you experience when you open our door. Dedicating 10 years to Lambton Law Solicitors, Miranda ensures clients requests and concerns are attend to promptly and efficiently. With her knowledge of Conveyancing, Miranda assist our Solicitors with both sale and purchasers.
